2017 Training Program Calendar

This will be an up to date overview of our 2017 schedule of training programs.  Please contact us or call for more information.  We'd love to help you accomplish whatever your fitness goals may be!

Boot Camp Training:

  • Winter Warriors Boot Camp mixing running/walking intervals & body weight exercises.  Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm running January 3rd through February 3rd.  
  • Spring Boot Camp - mixing running/walking intervals & body weight exercises.  Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm running May 2nd through June 8th from Fleet Feet Sports.
  • Holiday Boot Camp - begins Fall 2017.

No Boundaries Beginner 5k Training Programs: 

  • Winter:  Twilight 5k (4/29) Training begins February 21st. 
  • Fall: AthHalf 5k (10/21) Training begins August 15th.

Half Marathon Training Programs:  

  • Chick-fil-A Half Marathon Training begins week of January 11th (Race date is April 1st).
  • AthHalf Half Marathon Training begins early August (Race date is October 2017).
