No Boundaries 5k Training Programs:
- January No Boundaries: Training for the Lake Chapman Trail 5k (3/17) begins January 8th.
- April No Boundaries: Training for The Big Run 5k (6/5) begins April 2nd.
- September No Boundaries: Training for the Free To Breathe 5k (11/16) begins on September 10th
10k Training Program:
- In Their Shoes Training Run Series: begins February 9th
Half Marathon Training Programs:
- AthHalf Half Marathon: Training begins August 17th
- Atlanta Half Marathon: Training begins on December 11th.
Speed Series Training Programs:
- Spring Speed Series: begins March 6th and runs through April 24th.
- Fall Speed Series: begins September 18th and runs through October 23rd.
Boot Camp:
- Holiday Boot Camp: Begins November 19th
